DigitalPublic connects to a compatible external agent through MCP or API. You choose the agent and its model; DigitalPublic supplies governed access to marketing tools, Navigator as specialized guidance, and a portal for people. Keep the conversations, attachments, and other capabilities of your usual agent.

Two products, one clear handoff

• DigitalPublic Commercial: public MCP with no customer data for fit and trial enrollment.
• DigitalPublic: the main operational MCP, authenticated with OAuth and restricted to the authorized project.
• DigitalPublic Commercial always hands off to DigitalPublic installation and authorization.

What the agent can do

• Start an idempotent trial and check its state.
• Provide exact human links and resume after each authorization.
• Read real sources and deliver a diagnostic in the conversation.
• Prepare governed changes and show their immutable proposal for review.
• Distinguish missing data, measured zero, errors, and disconnected providers.

What requires a human

• Verify email.
• Connect each provider account through OAuth.
• Install DigitalPublic and authorize the project.
• Complete payment.
• Review and approve changes from a compatible agent interface or, as a fallback, from the portal.

Approvals without leaving the agent

On compatible plans, including the 14-day trial, a person can authorize read and supervised write access. Sensitive actions still wait for human approval of the exact proposal. Write authorization never lets the agent approve on the person's behalf, and existing connections are not expanded automatically.
